Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the User's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). Processing takes up to 24 hours after the request, and may be reduced to minutes under normal operating conditions.
Ea888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases of suspected irregular activity. Withdrawals requested before the KYC process is complete may be held until the User's identity is fully verified.
Any use of the ea888 platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. ea888 monitors transactions and usage patterns in accordance with applicable Brazilian law. If suspicious activity is identified, the account will be blocked and the relevant authorities may be notified.

The R$ 50.00 free bet can be used on any sports event available on ea888, provided the odds of the selected market are equal to or greater than 1.70. If the bet wins, the profit generated by the free bet (excluding the stake itself) is credited as real balance. The free bet is valid for 14 (fourteen) days after registration and cannot be transferred to another User.
Ea888 runs recurring promotions, including weekly cashback, accumulator bonuses, reload bonuses, and boosted odds for Brasileirão classics and special UFC events. Each promotion has its own specific terms, listed on the Bonus of the platform in effect at the time.
Ea888 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using hedging strategies to clear rollover requirements without risk, and any other tactic that constitutes improper exploitation of promotions. Identified abuse will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

A bet is only considered valid and confirmed once the confirmation message is displayed and the bet appears in the User's account bet history. ea888 accepts no liability for unconfirmed bets resulting from internet connection failures, User device instability, or other external factors.
In live betting, odds are updated in real time and can change rapidly. ea888 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of an event (goals, penalties, injuries, etc.) to update odds. Cashout is available on most live markets and can be full or partial. ea888 reserves the right to suspend cashout in specific situations without prior notice.
Ea888 may cancel or void bets in the following cases: an obvious odds error (clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error), a cancelled or permanently suspended event, bets placed after the event has started on pre-match markets, or identification of the use of insider information. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the User's balance.
In cases where clearly erroneous odds are published due to a technical error, ea888 reserves the right to void bets placed under those conditions, refunding the full amount wagered. An obvious odds error is one where any reasonable bettor would recognize that the published odds do not reflect the actual probabilities of the event.
